Development of drawings for layouts of various services – electrical, low voltage, plumbing, HVAC, sprinklers and fixtures.
Layout of paths for wiring, piping and ducting.
Reconcilation of perforation, chases and access locations for all equipment.
Millwork drawings for construction:
Construction ready drawings for all millwork.
Specifications for hardware and materials.
3D detail renderings:
3D detailing of areas as required for clarity coordination.
Material specification and sourcing:
Complete lists of materials, processes and specifications as required for coordination of trades.
